2001 Schedule ATM Access	Ulster Federal Credit Union is a financial services cooperative, owned and operated by its members. This is what distinguishes the Credit Union from other financial institutions.

Our non-profit orientation is what enables us to return our profits to our membership. Members who save at the credit union provide the money for those who wish to borrow, and the interest derived from those loans is used to pay higher dividends on members savings accounts. You save, invest, and borrow at fair rates for low fees.

Our members have the ultimate authority here at Ulster Federal Credit Union. There is no select group of shareholders that profits more than anyone else. All members profit -- individually and collectively.
Members elect a Board of Directors, all of whom are credit union members who serve (by law) without compensation. The Board establishes and reviews policy. and has appointed our President/Chief Executive Officer Richard A Mantey, who directs the professional staff.

Ulster Federal Credit Union is a Federally-Chartered Credit Union, organized under strict regulatory laws that are monitored and enforced by the National Credit Union Administration, an agency of the U.S. Government. The NCUA insures each member savings account for $100,000.
